NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF PARK TOWNSHIP, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MICHIGAN AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Park Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and public hearing on, September 27, 2021, commencing at 7:00 P.M. at the Park Township Hall, 53640 Parkville Rd Three Rivers, Mi. 49093 to consider the following:
- Request from Keith and Ericka Gehres 2834 Barlow St. West Lafayette, In. 47906 are requesting variances for the property located at 19664 Lakeshore Dr.. a/k/a parcel ID #75-013-220-080-00 for the following:
a. Variance from Section 310.4 (D) (2) as it relates to the side yard (right side)setback.
b. Variance from Section 310.4 (D) (2) as it relates to the side yard (left side)setback.. .
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of the Township Zoning Ordinance, the application, and the decision of the zoning administrator will be available at the hearing or may be viewed or purchased prior to the hearing by contacting the Township Clerk, Lari Roberts at 269-496-4515 , or the Township Zoning Administrator, Douglas Kuhlman at 269-651-3130.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Park Township Zoning Board of Appeals will address any business or agenda items presented.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Park Township Zoning Board of Appeals reserves the right to recommend approval of, denial of, or modifications to the proposed request.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that public comment regarding this request will be received in writing at the address below: may be presented to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the meeting, or may be directed to the Zoning Board of Appeals care of the Zoning Administrator Douglas Kuhlman by contacting him at 269-651-3130.Written comments concerning the above matter may be submitted to the Park Township Zoning Administrator at any time prior to the public hearing and may further be submitted to the Township Zoning Administrator at the public hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Park Township Zoning Board of Appeals may reverse or uphold the decision of the Park Township Zoning Administrator and may grant or deny a variance or grant a variance with conditions.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE Park Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the hearing to individuals with disabilities, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered, upon seventy-two (72) notice to the Township Clerk of the need for the same.
